Sebelumnya, pada 31 Januari 2021, channel Youtube resmi milik Blackpink mengunggah sebuah video Coming Soon Teaser.
Dalam video tersebut, menampilkan cuplikan MV Rose Blackpink dengan judul lagu ‘Gone’.
Tak pelak, ini membuat para Blink, sebutan untuk para penggemar Blackpink merasa antusias.

Karena para penggemar sudah menantikan cukup lama untuk debut solo dari Rose ini.
YG Entertaiment, selaku agensi yang menaungi Blackpink mebagikan informasi baru tentang lagu tersebut.
“Lagu ini mendeskripsikan sebagai ‘melliflouse’ (merdu), sementara juga menangkap kekuatan vocal penuh perasaan Rose,” ujar YG entertainment.
Dalam konser online yang diselengarakan pada 31 Januari 2021, dalam tema konser Blackpink: The Show, Rose mengejutkan publik dengan membawakan lagu debut solonya.
